About the role
The first dedicated AI engineer on Klaviyo’s People Technology team. The role reimagines recruiting, onboarding, performance and daily People workflows through an AI-first lens and sets the architecture and standards for how AI is embedded in the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll build
AI-powered workflows, copilots and agents across the employee lifecycle
Integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, Sana and internal Klaviyo platforms
Practices for prompt evaluation, LLM orchestration, testing and observability
Tools non-technical People partners can use and iterate on
What they’re looking for
5+ years of engineering or data engineering, 2+ building LLM-powered systems
Python, SQL, modern APIs, LangChain and LangGraph
Experience with sensitive data and responsible AI practices
