About the role
An early-career engineering role partnering with Deepgram’s Head of People. The focus is AI-powered workflows layered on top of existing People systems: turning manual processes into automations, internal tools and AI agents for employees and managers.
What you’ll build
AI agents and workflows that answer questions, gather information and complete defined People actions
Internal tools and self-service interfaces for employees, managers and the People team
Secure, scalable solutions built with People, Engineering and IT
What they’re looking for
Early-career engineer comfortable with APIs and AI tooling
Rapid prototyping, user testing and measuring time saved
Interest in People Operations and employee experience
