About the role
Owns People Team workflows across onboarding, changes and offboarding, and builds the automations that remove manual work. Also responsible for implementing and governing the AI systems the People Team uses.
What you’ll build
Automations, integrations and workflows across HRIS, ATS, engagement and learning tools
Governance, documentation and monitoring for People Team AI systems
SOPs and self-service resources for the wider company
What they’re looking for
3+ years in HR operations, People systems or business operations
1+ year of in-depth use of Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar
A track record of designing automations with a clear grasp of data flows
