Anthropic’s People Products team builds the tools behind hiring, onboarding, manager effectiveness and promotions. The role builds full-stack, AI-native workflows across the employee lifecycle and works directly with HR teams, recruiters and managers.
What you’ll build
Full-stack products across the People Products portfolio
AI-native workflows: tools, evals, prompts and products for people processes
Fast iterations with internal HR, recruiting and manager stakeholders
What they’re looking for
8+ years as a fullstack or product engineer, including tech-lead experience
Shipped LLM-native features or applications
Familiarity with MCP and HR platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday or Rippling is a plus
